The purpose of this site is to provide information about who I am and what I offer. It is not intended to provide guidance on using fertility awareness to prevent pregnancy. If you are interested in signing up for a course or scheduling a personal meeting with me, please use the "Contact Us" link on the website.

If you sign up for the group fertility awareness course and are unable to attend, you can join the next course or purchase the digital course. If neither option suits you, your money will be refunded.

For those who purchase the digital "Fertility Awareness" course, you have six months from the date of purchase to schedule your first appointment. After six months, any meetings will be charged at 75% of the personal meeting rate (as of the day the meeting is scheduled).

Please note that learning the method and following my advice does not guarantee specific results. For any problems or concerns, you should consult your healthcare provider (doctor, homeopath, naturopath, etc.).

Just as no birth control method is 100% effective, the fertility awareness method also does not guarantee success, even with perfect use.

Ultimately, the responsibility lies with each individual. Any information provided in the class or consultation is for educational purposes only and does not constitute a diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any illness.
