A personal approach is intended for those who have previously studied fertility awareness with another instructor or through a book and need a refresher or corrections. Before the meeting, I will send you a detailed questionnaire to complete and return a few days before our meeting, along with some tables. The meeting will last 45-60 minutes, after which you will receive support for three cycles via WhatsApp. If you haven't studied fertility awareness before, we can still meet.
